VOCs ? How many brands of Zero VOC paint are there anyway ?

Answer, Only One = and its Lakeland Paints. So is that other brand of "Zero VOC" Paint not truly Zero VOC ? Probably not. Many are not what they claim to be. The Zero VOC Fib is that most other paints claiming to be Zero VOC & VOC-free aren't ! They say that for them, VOC Free means "not more than 0.1% VOC" - but its just Not true. The ASA says "VOC-free" means a total absence of VOCs in all products". (A17-396612). Lakeland Paint is Zero VOC – like the air in your home - and we are happy to send the certificates. Remember - If you want Truly Zero VOC certified paint, it Has to be Lakeland Paints.

“2 coats of this reads as a dark teal/prussian blue on my fence (wood type unknown but original colour was yellowish brown) I had planned to go for a lighter shade in this tiny, north-west-facing garden but I changed my mind because I love the colour. Works well with a bright-leafed honeysuckle and contrasting orange chairs. ”

“I was pleased to discover that the Fence and Shed Paint made previously by Ecos Paint who no longer exist is now being made by Lakeland Paints. I went on to buy the 5ltr tin. The colour is beautiful and a little goes a long way. This paint is almost the consistency of water - really.easy to apply although best to protect surfaces and clothing as easy to spash if not careful. The paint was really well packaged and service from company excellent ”
