Our Next Day Paint Delivery service has an impressive 99% success rate !
What do we mean by Next day paint delivery ? = that 99% of deliveries do arrive the next working day for all bulk paint, varnish etc but occasionally there are issues beyond our control - road congestion, snow, vehicle breakdown, etc, so we do not advise that you have decorators or contractors on site until you have the product with you as we are not be responsible for actual delivery times – our Next day paint delivery service is not guaranteed - but our 99% success rate is just about as good as it gets for ANY online shopping outlet.
The cut-off ordering time for next day paint delivery etc is Noon (Saturday/Sunday is not a working day). Matchpots & Shadecards are sent 1st class post and may take longer depending on the reliability of the postal service at that time – if you need them urgently you can request an expedited service for an additional fee on 01524 852371. Next Day Paint Delivery - Shortages, damage or error – please notify us on the day of delivery as delay will void the insurance. Next Day Paint Delivery - If your paint/varnish order does not arrive after 2 working days please let us know and we will investigate. The P&P cost of bulk paint starts at £5.99 per box and is normally the next working day for UK mainland orders; Europe, Ireland, Highlands & Islands etc sometimes take longer and are all costed automatically in the Online Store.
Not at home? Still Not a problem for a next day delivery of your favourite paint !
- the courier will leave a contact card so that you can arrange another delivery date or collect from your local depot.
*Alternatively, we can leave your next day paint delivery with One designated neighbour - or at your place of work - or out of sight at your address (porch, garage, etc). When ordering your next day paint delivery, you will always be asked for ONE such Leave-Safe option, just in case.
NOTE: in the latter case the consignment is left at the customer's risk and at the courier's sole discretion as it is not signed for and so is UNINSURED meaning that we cannot replace any losses as these are outside of our control.
