UK mainland Delivery is normally the next working day but is not guaranteed.
If your order does not arrive after 2 working days please let us know and we will investigate.
All Lakeland Paints as supplied are brand new, hand finished (custom-made), including many whites like air- pure, insulating & wall primers etc - and are completed to the customer's individual order.
Can I return my product?
For stock white UK items, as long as you notify us within 14 days of delivery, you can send your order back promptly (at your expense) for a refund (excluding any delivery charges & subject to our 20% restocking charge) but custom-made items such as colours & some custom-made white paints eg. insulating paint or air-pure paint - for instance - are non-refundable. No goods are supplied on a sale or return basis. All returned goods must be received by us in clean, unopened, saleable condition. Colour charts & testers are non-returnable as our postage fees exceeds the value of these items. If kept frost free & cool we will guarantee any unopened products for 12 months from the date of purchase*. It is the customer's responsibility to order the quantity, colour & type of products appropriate to their needs and any advice given by us is given in good faith but we will not be held liable for any losses, errors, or omissions.

Most Lakeland Paints are custom-made, including many types of non-standard white paints & special items and are completed to the customer's individual order. For the avoidance of doubt & CCR 2015 purposes, this means that they are custom made to your specification as we carry no coloured stock.
pls note - colours vary on every device so we suggest the Colour Charts & Testers for choosing colour.
Testers are available to check the exact colour as the free colour charts are excellent but cannot be perfect. All coloured samples are sent in Matt paint - all other types of paint can appear slightly different under different lighting and this is due to metamerism – which affects all brands equally. All of our paints are checked under D65 artificial daylight. Please check the product on the day received, prior to use - we will not be held liable for costs incurred as a result of an incorrect product being applied - a test area is always advisable. If multiple containers of coloured product are supplied it is always good practice to pre-mix them before application. We will not be held liable for consequential losses - our limit of liability extends to the value of the goods supplied only.
Shortages, error or damage must be notified on the day of delivery. Please use & open carefully & cautious of spills.
Any goods that would be accepted for return are the customer's responsibility & must be received by us unopened, as new, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any items requested to be left unattended are at the customer's risk and the courier's sole discretion because they are not signed for and so are uninsured , meaning that we cannot replace any losses as these are outside of our control.
We always try to deliver promptly but are not responsible for actual delivery times. The placing of an order is taken as agreement to these terms and consent to proceed.

Our Reward Points system - (loyalty points)
Online orders (only) accrue reward points automatically via the billing email ID and can be redeemed by that customer (with that ID) against any future Lakeland Paints order in full or part payment. They cannot be backdated, have no redeemable cash value and cannot be transferred (between accounts, between customers, between different email IDs etc). Reward Points are accrued by Online orders against standard items - not special items, colour matched, or those made to a special order (ie out-of-spec items).
For overseas orders please be sure to provide an accurate address, phone number and one leave-safe option - we will always do our best to help ensure prompt safe delivery, but all such orders are sent at the customer's risk - because carriage is normally sub-contracted when it leaves the UK and your local regional couriers or customs handlers may not respond to our subsequent requests. Alternatively you are welcome to arrange your own collection from our factory and we are happy to assist in this.
Orders leaving the UK may be subject to customs charges from the destination country and are calculated by the Border Force of the destination country. Lakeland Paints has no control of these charges and as such they are the responsibility of the buyer.
