Reward Points

Our Reward Points system - (loyalty points) = 

Online orders (only) accrue reward points automatically via the billing email ID and can be redeemed by that customer (with that ID) against any future Lakeland Paints order in full or part payment. They cannot be backdated, have no redeemable cash value and cannot be transferred (between accounts, between customers, between different email IDs etc). Reward Points are accrued by Online orders against standard items - not special items, colour matched, or those made to a special order (ie out-of-spec items).

Refer a Friend

and get Double points !

Extra Points - Referring a Friend - or relative - helps both you and us –

It lets them know about the great advantages of using Lakeland Paints - and it rewards you for providing those extra contacts.

Those extra points will be added to your account for all future orders for the next three years from the date of referral, and when your referred contact requests any brochure, matchpot(s) or places an order, however small.

Conditions

There is no cash equivalent

Points cannot be applied retrospectively

Our normal T&Cs still apply

Added points may be deducted from any returned orders

You and the recipient will both need to have an account - this cannot be done checking out as a guest.
