Ecos PVA is a primer - sealer and bonding promoter which is ideal as a dust proofer with excellent durability and quick drying adhesion. PVA is often used on porous or very porous surfaces to partly seal, consolidate and promote paint and/or tile adhesion. Ecos PVA is water based, Formaldehyde-Free & totally non toxic.
