(Right of Cancellation ­ Consumer Protection Regulations: Distance selling regulations)

Lakeland Paints are a bespoke (custom made, tailor made) product supply service and all products are GUARANTEED to be new* all products are only made (and/or) completed to the customer's specific order and only when their order is placed and paid for.

The order cannot normally therefore be cancelled once made, but, if in doubt, please call to discuss your requirements. No goods are supplied on a sale or return basis.

If kept frost free & not subject to excessive heat, we will guarantee any unopened products for 12 months from the date of purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to order the quantity, colour & type of products appropriate to their needs and any advice given by us is given in good faith & to the best of our ability, but we will not be held liable for any losses, errors, or omissions.

Please check the colour prior to use as we will not be liable for any costs incurred as a result of an incorrect colour being applied. Consequential Losses - our limit of liability extends only to the value of the products. Shortages or damage must be notified within 12 hours of delivery. Any goods accepted for return are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

NOTE: unattended delivery the consignment is left entirely at the customer's risk as it is not signed for and so is uninsured. We cannot be responsible for actual delivery times in any way. The placing of an order is taken as agreement to these terms and consent to proceed. Nothing herein affects your statutory rights.
